Class Rules
Be prompt.
Be prepared.
Be polite.
Listen to and follow directions.
No food, gum, or drinks in the gym.
If it does not belong to you, do not touch it.
If you are not dressing out, do not enter the dressing room for any reason.
Class Procedures
Enter the gym walking quietly.
Place belongings against the wall.
Go to the locker room to dress out.
Go immediately to your assigned roll call spot and be seated.
Stop,look, and listen when the whistle is blown.
After our activity, go to the locker room on my signal to get dressed.
Return immediately to your roll call seat for dismissal.
Leave the gym walking quietly.
